frankie_bug's Journal, 20 November 2019

Been dealing with some very bad home life issues and fell back into some very bad ways (comfort eating is responsible for most of this gain. Stress eating for the rest) I actually uninstalled this app a while ago, having totally lost all motivation. But I'm feeling terrible, my new clothes are starting to be too tight, it's affecting my mood... Today will be a bad day, I know, I've already planned for that. Then, tomorrow, I'm going shopping and getting some healthy food for the first time in months. It's going to be a case of baby steps. I'm devasted to have lost so much progress, but I'm determined to regain it sensibly and slowly. With support from you all, of course!

Just take each meal at a time. Those little baby steps will go a long way in achieving progress. You can do it!

Don't be annoyed with yourself this is just a blip you are allowed to take time off, especially if you have bigger issues to get your head around. Sometimes life throws you that curve ball, what matters is the way you catch it and throw it back again. I can see from your message that you are determined to get back on track and after following you for months I know you can do it. Tell yourself you are Frankie_bug and you can do this!!! You have my support and I am sure you have all your FS Friends to help you. Good luck and stay strong X👍
