😀 More smiles today. I commented yesterday my sis was inspired to go back to Weight Watchers after I lost some weight. She is 3 1/2 years younger, taller & has always looked thinner than me. She was more athletic as well. But, like many women around our age she can no longer eat whatever she wants & maintain her slender figure. That brings to mind my husband who ate a bowl of potato chips as I was preparing dinner last night, an ice pop after dinner, then some Cajun snack mix & nuts later when we were watching TV. 😐 And his weight was down this morning. It's not fair! I told him he's lucky his snacking doesn't trigger me or he'd have to stop 😊 I'm more inclined to want to snack in the afternoon.

153.2 lb Lost so far: 19.6 lb.    Still to go: 18.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
