I was here a week ago...hope I'm not just visiting the 153 point somethings & continue to move downward. The good news is this comes after a night of nibbles, a somewhat fattening entre (seafood lasagna rollups 😋), chocolaty desserts & a bit of extra wine. Oh, and a small bowl of Chex Mix snacks at about 10:30 PM 😐. I did try to be good by only sampling little bits of the appetizers....all cheesy goodness....& stretching my sparkling cocktail with a bit of sparkling water mixed in. Small portions of everything for dinner....but, I ended up having wine as we discussed the book and other topics around the dining room table. Then a splash more wine after the other guests left & hubby & I visited with our next door neighbors for a bit longer.

Tonight we're going to a new Pizza joint with our "Thursday night dinner friends". The pizza is supposed to be really good but they also have good salads so maybe I can fill up on salad & not overdo the pizza.

A second rainy day in a row and some cold weather is supposed to be moving in tonight. Down in the 30's predicted.
153.8 lb Lost so far: 19.0 lb.    Still to go: 18.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
