Over my RDI a bit yesterday. I had a plan for dinner but ran out of time before Volleyball practice and needed something quick. So PB&J and chips is what I ended with. Funny how salty chips are now that I dont really have them much. Then I was still hungry before bed and had a bowl of cereal. It was delicious!

State VB is this weekend! Leaving work early to pack and plan my food, and spend some family time with my kiddo.
242.0 lb Lost so far: 25.5 lb.    Still to go: 60.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
