😀 A nice surprise this morning. Lost the lb. I'd gone up and another one, too. Nothing special about yesterday's meal choices. Leftover turkey kielbasa with a few spoons of leftover chile on top (no bread) for lunch. A chicken thigh & oven sweet potato fries for dinner....sliced tomato on the side.

I've tossed around the idea of doing another alcohol free month. I'm back to enjoying a glass of wine or other adult beverage here & there, but I'm doing pretty good with portion control. So not sure.

I actually may have more trouble controlling snacks as the colder weather rolls in. I'm finding myself thinking about eating snacks. I have several in the house that are OK but it's all about portion control. I probably need to stock up on the popcorn cause I get more bang for the buck....more bulk for fewer calories 😊

Just keep your net calories in a deficit and you’ll keep losing! The scale is a rough measure of success. Gotta trust the deficit!

Herbal tea really helps my cold weather snacking, usually Bengal Spice, orange spice or peppermint, naturally sweet so I don't add anything in. Keep up the good work!
