SherryeB's Journal, 21 October 2019

Up a lb. this morning. My weigh in was a little earlier than normal, so not sure if that affected it. All good....I'll have it back off soon 😊 Stir fry for dinner last night....just chicken and veggies...no rice. We were out of rice, so there's that. But, it was tasty & filling. I did use soy sauce so that may have made me retain a little water.

We did get our walk in yesterday. The weather was gorgeous, so I worked outside a little, too.

So today I set a new goal! 145 by Thanksgiving. My weight loss rate has slowed down, so I'm not sure how that will go. I lost 3 lbs. in September and I'm fluctuating between 2.5 & 3.5 for October so far. Just under 5 weeks til Thanksgiving. Gonna give it a shot. 145 would be the lowest weight I've been at since forever. The lowest I've been aware of since 2011 is 152. My RDI has decreased by 100 calories to 1500. I've tried to stay around 1200 anyway so that's not a big deal. I may have to cut back a little more to see results.
155.8 lb Lost so far: 17.0 lb.    Still to go: 20.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
