I am guessing that this gain is due to either the second glass of wine I had with dinner, or maybe the fact that it's that awful "time of month". I'm not going to get discouraged though - hopefully its just water that i'm retaining.
195.2 lb Lost so far: 29.8 lb.    Still to go: 55.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Well remember it takes 3500 calroies (appx) for a pound so I doubt one extra glass of wine would do it. Like you said it is probably that time. Just use it as motivation for the next week or so :)

TOM normally comes with extra baggage... so just ignore the scales and keep with what you're doing. ;o)
