Metabolism
Well, my metabolism certainly slowed down after I hit 30. And it certainly didn't help that I never watched what I ate or exercised either.

Zero Carb Noodles!
Hmm, I wonder what the WW points for these noodles will be. If they are 0 cals and 0 fat does that make them 0 points? I'm ordering some of the Angel Hair today. I can't wait to try them. Has anyone tried them with pasta sauce like a spaghetti dish? I love spaghetti and haven't eaten any in months. I was thinking of trying these noodles with some chicken sausage and a marinara sauce. willpower!
I would suggest that you log every single bite you put into your mouth, especially on the days where you get off track with your eating. That's what I do and it has helped me immensely. When I first started WW and would fall off track with my eating, I still logged every little bite. When I saw the number of points I ended up with, it really opened my eyes to why my weight spiraled out of control in the first place. I actually became disgusted with it and that is what it took for me to have the change of mindset necessary to fully embrace WW as a new way of eating. It took me a few weeks to really get the hang of things and to find alternative ways to enjoy the foods I love. The key to WW is moderation and I honestly believe that with moderation, I can enjoy nearly anything. You can do this! If I can do it, you can too - and the best thing of all is that it really does work. I wish you all the success in the world on your journey to a healthier, happier you.

No Nutritional Info...
My co-workers really want me to go to Buffalo Wild Wings for lunch today. I looked everywhere online and cannot find nutritional info for anything but the sauces. There were a couple of sites that had nutritional info listed for boneless buffalo wings, but they were guesses and they were both different. I don't trust it - I have heard that a buffalo wing can be up to 250 calories for just one. That's extreme, but I don't want to risk it. I know that there is an option for Naked Tenders, which are supposed to be grilled, skinless & boneless tenders with a dipping sauce. I can also probably choose a salad of some sort with the naked tenders on it - and light dressing on the side of course. I just don't know how I will need to enter the nutritional info to calculate my points. I am really just annoyed that BWW doesn't share nutritional information with the public. It almost makes me not want to eat there at all - ever! I will definitely try to make a good choice if I end up there today, but it's hard when you have no clue how food is prepared. I mean, there have been a number of times when I have thought, "oh, well this seems fairly healthy" - and bingo - it turns out that it's not even close. Any suggestions on how to point out whatever I do end up getting?
