Back to .2 below goal 😀😃😆 Dinner last night was a big salad with hardboiled egg, cucumber, tomatoes, radish, sweet pickle slices, a sprinkle of feta, Greek vinaigrette and topped with 2 oz. of salmon cooked in the iron skillet. I even enjoyed a couple glasses of a nice Shiraz Cab blend 😊

No afternoon walk yesterday due to a full day of rain. The sun is shining brightly today with a breeze and an expected high of 75. I see a walk in the near future 😊
154.8 lb Lost so far: 18.0 lb.    Still to go: 19.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
