😀 So it turns out eating out last night was just fine. I had chicken fajitas...no tortillas. Just ate a few bites of the refried beans & Mexican rice. When adding up calories after I got home I broke down the meal by ingredients. By my calculations I came in under my RDI considerably. I enjoyed my meal, was full and still lost. I even had an adult beverage and a creamy mango Outshine bar for dessert after I got home for dessert.

A couple we haven't seen in quite awhile were up visiting and joined us. They had lost 170 lbs. between them. Him 105 & her 65. They had signed up with a group that gave them direction in planning meals, coached them & conducted weigh ins once a week. Joy, amused me when she said she'd told her coach at the beginning they'd do as told but wouldn't give up their once a week meals out with margaritas at a Mexican resteraunt. They started in January 😁
154.8 lb Lost so far: 18.0 lb.    Still to go: 19.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
