The same. Again. I'm a little annoyed.
184.0 lb Lost so far: 31.0 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I've been same for a month.... But i didn't stick to the program. 🤦🏼‍♂️ You got this. Drops will slow down but they are inevitable if you stày in deficit. 👍
