Deja Vu all over again 🙄 At least the #'s went down. Yesterday, was a pretty good day for eating. I did get the munchies in the afternoon so satisfied them with 100 calories worth of popcorn.

Supposed to go out for dinner tonight with friends...Mexican I think. Gonna have to think about what to choose to eat. And try to stay away from the chips & salsa.

The weather is finally changing here. It was in the 40's overnight. It was still really hot til about a week ago. Trying to think of ways to cook cold weather foods like soup & stews so that they're healthy. I find it harder to calculate calories in dishes with a lot of stuff combined that have multiple servings. Hard to make a pot of chile for 2 😊

Way to go on the munchies. I love popcorn. And so glad your weather is changing. Definitely harder to calculate on stuff like that, I usually do individual ingredients. Enjoy the Mexican

Becca@ thanks for the Mexican suggestions. Just so you know, I didn't delete your comment. 😊 I changed a typo in my post & it dissapeared.

Sherrye I also cook for two. The way I manage when making a large crock pot of chili or other stew is we have one meal, one more meal goes in the fridge. The rest I put in those large muffin tins and freeze them, pop them out and put in gallon freezer bags.

CrazyCat, I appreciate having leftovers when I cook and do as you do when cooking multiple servings. My dilemma is in how to count calories. It can be done....just a bit of work.
