Seriously kicking it into gear starting today.
Walks before work every morning now.
Pedal/elliptical at my desk.
Let's get that drop!

24OCT---Didn't get that drop. Did not switch gears. Went into a funk. Elliptical under the desk doesn't burn much. Only did that walk that day and the next and kept waking up later n later without the energy or desire to go do my thing.
153.2 lb Lost so far: 21.8 lb.    Still to go: 18.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
