No change on the scales...since my dinner choice last night was pizza I guess that's good. I managed calories by having a slice & a half 😀 I also wanted a bit more wine with my pizza so I poured myself a half serving of that as well....

I'm not very athletic & am not a gym/ organized exercise person. But, I know I need to be a bit more active. For many years my job in Retail Mgt. kept me pretty active. It could be quite physical...in heels no less 😊 I have been retired for 13 years & my activity level has decreased over the years. I do like to walk & work outside in my garden. But, even that has become sporadic.

Trying to get a bit of exercise I have been joining hubby & the dogs for a walk each afternoon. Yesterday I decided to get a few extra steps in by parking at the end of the parking lots while I was out running errands. Today I joined hubby outside restacking the wood pile in anticipation of a fresh delivery of wood for our fireplace this Winter. Then we spent time dragging branches from a huge tree that came over in a storm into piles in anticipation of putting them thru the chipper. Finished off cleaning up some dead/ dying plants in the garden. Not the gym, but at least I was outside moving 😊
156.2 lb Lost so far: 16.6 lb.    Still to go: 21.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
