Stayed the same again but I had a 4lb drop last week so I'm not surprised. I think I have just reached a point in my weight loss where it won't be as consistent anymore. I just have to keep my diet consistent, and I will still reach my goals.
184.0 lb Lost so far: 31.0 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
