Lunch out today at a new resteraunt. I'm not sure what kind of food they serve. I'm going with a group of ladies...we meet once a month for lunch. I think we may be doing dinner out, too with our Thurs. night group. So I need to be strategic in my planning. I ate a lighter breakfast this morning in preperation for actually eating a real lunch today.
156.0 lb Lost so far: 16.8 lb.    Still to go: 21.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
