A little shocked to see this number today. 2 days gym rest, slept in (creating a 11 hour “fast”), and more conscientious eating (focus on macros) May have done the trick. Finally broke my goals that I’ve had for 8 years! 🎉
224.8 lb Lost so far: 66.2 lb.    Still to go: 9.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thank you ladies! It’s been quite a journey, but I feel like I’ve finally learned to be healthy in 2019. It only took 46 years!

Congratulations!! I am so happy for you! You have worked hard for this goal and I hope you guys have great celebration plans! BTW, I am now your senior at 47! Gotta tell you... I had zero idea you were even close to my age. You look in your early 30's for sure!
