I just knew that my WI this morning would be up ~ 2 lb to be exact! The first time I ever weighed in at a WW meeting, I wore light clothing and didn't eat or drink anything before I went. Since I knew I would be a bit up this WI I took this opportunity to eat a healthy breakfast, drink some water and I wore my heavier jeans and shirt in anticipation of fall/winter weigh-ins.

So, having said that, I'm OK with the scale number and will work hard towards next week's WI. :)

158.4 lb Lost so far: 11.8 lb.    Still to go: 33.4 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Diet Calendar Entry for 29 August 2008:

I totally know what you mean! When I did WW the first time around, I always made sure to stop eating 2 hours before and use the restroom right before weigh ins! lol...Good for you being real (and realistic) about the weigh-in. Making sure you stay hydrated and start the day on a healthy note are exactly the ways you stay on track with weight loss...so good for you choosing the healthy route instead of sacraficing your longterm goal for a "skinny" weigh in!
