I totally got frustrated and had a craopy workout yesterday. I gave up on eating one I came home. Didn't gain... Lost 0.2... Today is a new day.
209.2 lb Lost so far: 30.8 lb.    Still to go: 59.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
