I have had my granddaughter over this weekend. I stayed with my meals. yesterday, though I feel like I cheated. I wanted to make her a healthy dinner so I made Mac n Cheese baked chicken and Italian greenbeans. I looked up the Mac cheese and it said 260 calories for 1 cup so that's what I put on my plate. this is the first time in all these months that I have had pasta and really, it didn't do anything for me which I'm glad for. I was afraid it would kick off my insatiable craving for carbs but it didn't. When dinner time rolls around now, I look forward more to the meat or chicken I will be having. yesterday I made it on less than 1100 calories and that was with having a yogurt for a night time snack. I like my new way of eating now and I'm so happy I finally got my head out of my b.... and did this.
172.8 lb Lost so far: 63.2 lb.    Still to go: 22.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Good going, Clair! My hubby helped me make a really yummy pasta dish today, and I had less than a cup. It feels good to be in control doesn't it?!!!
