So I guess the water retention from too much sodium worked it's way out. Down to Tues. weight. I'm ready for a further reduction...below 157 would be nice 😊
I consider yesterday a win. When I walked into Book Club last night my friend exclaimed "You've lost weight!" Always music to the ears when you've been working at it 🎶🎵👂😀 The food choices were good. We were a small group so main course was chili with 2 salads, corn bread and cake for desert. I resisted seconds on the chili even though it was yummy & I was tempted. A small peice of corn bread....and the cake was a bar cake cut into 7 slices for the 6 of us. That meant only 250 calories...not too bad for cake. I ended up with Smirnoff spiked sparkling seltzer...Cranberry Lime flavor for my beverage. I had 2 over ice during the evening. 90 calories per 12 oz. I did have another after I got home as hubby & I watched an episode of Ken Burn's Country Music. I added some sliced lime to it at home. So my total calories were slightly more than I've been having each day, but not too bad. As planned I skipped lunch/afternoon snack, so I had those calories to play with last night.
Let's see what today brings.
157.4 lb Lost so far: 15.4 lb.    Still to go: 22.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
