Down again....choices yesterday.... Blueberrie pancake & fruit for breakfast...8 oz. of Flat Iron steak with asparagus for dinner...2 cookies and 1/2 cup sugar free jello for dessert (150 cal.)....no alcohol....calories a little more but still a deficit....walk with hubby & the dogs. 😀 Shook things up a bit...not sure what worked but, I'll take it.
Back at 2.4 lbs. to goal...8 days. Can it happen?
157.4 lb Lost so far: 15.4 lb.    Still to go: 22.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
