Well that was a big gain. I'm bloated from too many calories and probably too much salt last night from our anniversary dinner at HAHFC. It was very good. Not the best meal out ever, but still miles above most restaurants. The tomato salad appetizer was better than the pork trio entree, which was a Japanese noodle bowl. Some of the pork was dry and tough but the pork belly was tender. The soy marinated egg was cooked to perfection - the yolk was still soft in the white, not dry or powdery. The hon shimeji mushrooms were divine, with a buttery texture and less stringy than the enoki mushrooms that I've had more often in soups. Mr C had the charcuterie appetizer and bouillabaisse entree, which he said was great. I myself have never cared for clams and mussels. Now that I think about it, I don't care for anything that is a chore to eat. Like crab legs or even watermelon. So messy. For dessert, Mr C had the chocolate souffle and I had a 7 layer carrot cake with a scoop of homemade butter pecan ice cream. Both were incredibly good.

So today, I'll definitely eat lighter. It's football day, so I may swing by mom's for a bit, but she stocked up on high calorie snacks again. I have got to resist or I'll go over 200 again in no time.

I'm thinking about going to the gym this morning since I got up at 5:45. I woke up with the most horrid leg cramp last night though. Left leg and in my shin rather than my calf, which was very weird.
