So, back to where I was day before yesterday. These 3 lbs. are being stubborn!
Last night's dinner was tilapia sautéed in olive oil, creole seasoning and lemon juice and lima beans. I've been mostly baking/ broiling my meat & fish. Dinner was tasty. I've been skipping the alcohol for a few days. I bought a bottle of white wine to make spritzers (we usually drink red) but haven't opened it so far.
I mentioned I don't usually get my measurements for comparison when I did just that a few days ago. My go to comparison is to try on clothes in my closet. I'm happy to say multiple articles of clothing are fitting looser 😊 I'm hoping to get to a point tucking in my shirt may be an option. Right now I look much better if it covers my tummy.
My motivation to lose weight often is sparked when my clothes start to fit too snuggly. Of course, I do have those peices that I can't wear anymore because I didn't listen to my body soon enough. I'm really planning this time to be more in tune and not get to the point I'm losing that same 20 lbs. again!
157.6 lb Lost so far: 15.2 lb.    Still to go: 22.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
