Did not do well yesterday. Ate too much junk food on top of 2 heavy meals. Watched DWTS at mom's and ate drizzle corn and a Whole Foods vegan cookie. Can't do that again. I at least portioned it out instead of munching right out of the bag. I did go to the gym in the afternoon but my joints were aching so I did the treadmill instead of the elliptical. Skipped a good bit of the strength exercises bc it was crowded. Work is getting intense. Lots of projects with short deadlines.
196.6 lb Lost so far: 15.4 lb.    Still to go: 46.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
