Wow.... So I didn't know I fell so hard... I weighed last night and got the shock of my life... That's the last for me... I'm rising up and doing this... Otherwise I'm gonna be dead pretty soon... And i don't wanna miss my son or leave the love of my life.... Life has just gotten good.... I make a change today... I make a change forever...
318.3 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 31.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
