My weigh in may be a little skewed today. I'm usually not up til a couple of hours later, but the roofers arrived early. They're noisily scraping off the old shingles outside and our yorkie is cheering them on inside. 😐 He doesn't like all the noise! We were only expecting them to deliver the shingles and a dumpster today so were unexpectedly awoken when they arrived ready to get at it. Drinking coffee at the kitchen table....watching roofing stuff rain down onto the back deck....
161.2 lb Lost so far: 11.6 lb.    Still to go: 26.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
