I am not a happy camper. I weighed 114 this morning and have not fallen off the wagon. Let's see what tomorrow holds. I think I will continue keeping a journal of my food, it really has helped me. I have enjoyed this challenge and will do it again ( a week at a time) I hope everyone learned something about their weight loss journey that keeps you on track. For me it was about keeping up with everything that went in to my mouth. It did keep me from snacking and that is a plus. Good luck to you all!

you had some rice and sugar it looked like and may have been kicked out of ketosis. usually the body picks up a bit of water when that happens, it is normal , the water weight will come off fast again if you go back
