Finally got to see my drop. I am done wondering why I hit a plateau for several days. In the end I always see the result. Just stay the course. Eat right. Exercise. Stay hydrated. This is a marathon, not a sprint. Slow n steady is fine.
160.4 lb Lost so far: 14.6 lb.    Still to go: 25.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
