Down just a tich...I have just over 5 weeks to hopefully hit my goal of 155 lbs. 6.2 lbs. to go. That should be achievable, but the last 5 lbs. often seem to be the hardest. If I ate at home, had no alcohol & stayed away from temptation it would be easier, but I'm anticipating some social occasions that could mess me up. You know....real life 😐 Dinner out last night....in a gourmet burger resteraunt no less. Good options were to skip the bun and the yummy Tator Tots as my side...green beans instead. Beverage choice... Michelob light at 95 calories. And I stuck to only one. If I hadn't blown the bank Wed. night I might have either eaten the bun or had a second beer, but trying to get back to the point I was at Wed. AM gave me the willpower to be good. I'd love to be at 159 by Monday for my Dr.s appt. weigh in. We'll see. After I hit my goal I plan to reevaluate whether I want to go on maintenance or lose a bit more. Going into the holidays, I may just do maintenance and reevaluate in January. I don't want to blow all the work I've put in since July, but I know I'd like to enjoy a few treats during the holidays. Time to make some breakfast...
161.2 lb Lost so far: 11.6 lb.    Still to go: 26.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
