Getting close to breaking into the 150's! 😀 Now that's a reason to smile. My husband started pressure washing our decks so we moved all the "stuff" off of one end to the center. His neck has been bothering him so yesterday he said he wasn't planning to finish by today. I'm having people over tonight so I moved everything back where it goes. Also did more vacuuming & dusting inside and set up seating in the dining room for 9....my table usually seats 6. All that bending & lifting....no need for the gym 😊 Off to the grocery store.
160.6 lb Lost so far: 12.2 lb.    Still to go: 25.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
