Good day yesterday. It was super hot so the gym was miserable but it was a pretty good workout. After was my monthly Bunco game with the Church ladies. I brought my protein shake so I didnt snack but I did have a walking taco and fruit for dinner. When I weighed in today, I was up and I was so pissy about it that I weighed again and was down. I dont know why it was up, I wish the scale was more accurate. I have brought my breakfast and lunch and feel confident that I will stay in my RDI.

252.0 lb Lost so far: 15.5 lb.    Still to go: 70.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
