I hope you're all doing well!

Yeah so disregard my last entry, I just weighed myself and I'm down to 140!!!! :D

I'm also going to work out tonight and tomorrow to reach my 4x per week of workouts for my challenge. :)
140.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 30.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
