Lost that .6 lbs. ,so back to my pre vacation weight in 2 days. 😊 That does tell me that after I hit my goal, if I have a day or 2 I eat a little more & gain a couple of pounds it can be rectified quickly if I just cut back for a couple of days. That said, I still have 9.2 lbs. to lose to hit my goal. Then maintain it. For some that have bigger weight loss goals, that may seem like an easy task. But, in reality maintenance is the hardest struggle for all of us. It's so easy to fall off the wagon and start to eat snacks and bigger portions than we should. I try to eat healthy and know what a portion size should be after losing 30 lbs. with the aid of Fat Secret several years ago. I eat ALL the good stuff. But, like everyone I like some of the less healthy stuff, too. And if indulging in those choices becomes a habit the lbs. pile back on. I know that maintaining a healthy weight is not a diet but a lifestyle. Here's to a healthy lifestyle 🍷😀
164.2 lb Lost so far: 8.6 lb.    Still to go: 29.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
