Back home after a fantastic week with my sisters, daughter. grandaughter & one neice. A bit of drama at the beginning of the vacation, but after daughter in law returned home after only 2 days all was well. Is there always one in the bunch??😐 Weigh in this morning and I gained about 2.5 lbs. I tried to make healthy choices as often as possible but did allow myself some treats, too. There may have been some adult beverages consumed 😉 Seafood galore!! Walking on the beach and playing in the pool may have burned off a calorie or two. So today is back to business. I have lab work and a Doctor's appointment in the next couple of weeks so I'd like a good report there. I started out logging in my foods & beverages but as the week progressed I was busy having fun and wasn't religious about it. I did go back after the fact and fill in the blanks, just so I'd have a record. It's a bit harder when you're trying to remember exactly what you had a couple of days later. 😐 So....on to phase 2 of this journey to get to that goal!
166.6 lb Lost so far: 6.2 lb.    Still to go: 31.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
