iced_tea's Journal, 11 August 2008

I spent the weekend at my boyfriend's mom's house and ate way too much,
tons of cheese and ice cream. However I also pulled up everything in her garage sale from the basement,
and I went for a walk yesterday for an hour,
and I lost a pound this weekend!

Oh and I also started my dot yesterday so that could help explain why I went crazy and ate all kinds of food on Friday and Saturday. :/

Happy with the pound lost though. hahah.


Update: 10:20 pm.

I ate very well today, stuck to my diet, worked, came home, took a nap, feeling good. I also drank a lot of water but I always drink a lot of water/tea so that's nothing new.

I started a new challenge which I hope I can follow, to get myself to work out more than I do. :D

We'll see!

I can't wait to weigh in tomorrow, I hope I've lost more :)
