I felt like the number on the scale would drop today. Went to my gym orientation yesterday and really liked it a lot. This place is for seniors and people with disabilities, so the staff is more attentive and it's a lot cleaner than a Y. I'm going to shoot for 3 times a week. I will try to go this afternoon after 2. Feeling hopeful and it doesn't hurt that the weather is in the 70s, sunny and dry. Feels like autumn.
205.6 lb Lost so far: 6.4 lb.    Still to go: 55.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
