Helped mom in the yard for a couple of hours this morning. The temp is in the 70s so it wasn't too bad. Ate at the Vietnamese place last night. It's easy to find fairly healthy food there.
207.8 lb Lost so far: 4.2 lb.    Still to go: 57.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
