So I’m on the 13 /14 day metabolism diet and so far so good. My 2 sisters are doing it with me and we are on day 5. My brother is also doing it but with a friend and they are on day 8.
This will be my second time completing it. It works wonders but you need to change you mindset towards a healthy lifestyle. I’m really looking forward to a new me. I want to be a me I can be proud of again.
I’m planning to start moving again. I will be walking daily for exercise after the diet.
I have one concern, I am currently intermittent fasting and having my first meal at 11, I hope I can keep it up when I start exercising.
