Hurt my knee early in the week all but stopped my walking. Movement in general very limited. Better now. Hope to get rolling soon. 1.2 gain.
287.4 lb Lost so far: 35.6 lb.    Still to go: 102.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
