90 degrees outside, still decided I needed to do some yard work. My parents have an acre of land and this time of year it's non stop! Used the grass trimmer around the gazebo, then had to start cleaning up an old fire pit- a real mess! At least 2 1/2 hrs. so far, going out in a minute to do a little more cleaning up all the mess around the fire pit! Working on a small garden, tomatoes, squash, red bell peppers and sugar snap peas. Also am just pulling up some nice, big radishes!
180.5 lb Lost so far: 10.5 lb.    Still to go: 10.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
