Okay! 2 pounds down just in time for a Very Bad Week! I'm going to try to account for my intake in the hopes of forcing myself to stick to healthy options where possible. It should only be three days; today, Tuesday, and Thursday, and I've stocked up on low cal low fat ready meals so hopefully I won't do more than 3 or 4 pounds worth of damage. Fingers crossed!
