Gained over 2 pounds with my binging last week. Was up five pounds, but that was also water weight, this is the actual damage. Binging is so stupid. My brother is now doing much better, and I am left feeling like shit. I am now back in the 250's and have that self-loathing that comes after a binge and weight gain. I will overcome the self-hate with love, dedication and commitment to eating right. Like always, this too shall pass. I will not give up, therefore, I will not fail.
250.4 lb Lost so far: 56.6 lb.    Still to go: 51.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

So glad to hear your brother is doing better now. Try not to beat yourself up with the binge gain, you’re only human. When my inner voice gets mean, I think of myself as a small child and it really helps keep the self loathing in check. Hugs! 💕
