Well I am proud to say that even though I didn't really stick to the diet so much, I am still losing weight. I think I've gotten into the habit of eating less, even if I haven't yet gotten into the habit of eating well. It's a start, and I'm pleased with that. I think the next step is to monitor what I'm eating a bit more and make sure I'm making the healthy choices. Gotta start getting more active. If I'm not doing anything that day I should at least go for a walk! PLAN!
237.0 lb Lost so far: 5.5 lb.    Still to go: 93.7 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
