How long have you been on the keto diet? Usually better to wait around 6 months to test as it stablizes then. What was high LDL?

Done it since october this time. But I was low carbing before. I am a fan of Dr. Atkins. It sounds like your test was fine. What you will see on keto is that the triglycerides goes down drastically and usually that will mean that your total will go down so it is good. Hdl will go up if you help it out with exercise but the ldl may stay the same or even go up a bit. Doctors worry about ldl but as long as your total is low and your hdl is good, you will be fine

No I am on a high fat diet LOL. Fats are not the problem. They are good for you. Well maybe not the factory made fats like soybean oil and vegetable oils. I avoid those

first time commenting here! exercise (cardio 3x a week), walk/take stairs, portion/calorie control, stop eating a couple of hours before you go to bed, cut back on bad fat (fried stuff, meat, shrimp) and eat more of the good fats (fish, avocado). go for low fat when it doesnt increase the sugar content. I had a similar problem. switched to low fat without realizing most off the shelf non fat products have high sugar. so my blood glucose was at diabetic levels. luckily after 3 months I got it normal while keeping cholesterol at same level by eating more fish and less meat (I hate the taste of fish btw). quick, short term diets are good to get a boost, but ultimately slow and steady wins the race. in this case, find a diet or lifestyle that's healthy and you can do long term. good luck. it's possible, don't give up
