No change which is actually good because we celebrated a friend's birthday Friday. I was expecting to have put on through stress if nothing else; got blood tests booked for Thursday to start infertility screening and I'm low-key freaking out.

Good luck with Thursday. Have a friend going through this too. Try not to pressure yourself, you’re doing all the right things.

Thanks KB. We've been TTC for over 8 years off and on. Even though we were pretty sure it wasn't going to happen with PCOS. I didn't start taking it seriously until my periods stopped and by then I was nearly 20 stone and wasn't ovulating at all. The blood test Thursday will tell if anything I've done so far has helped. Luckily we qualify for IUI and IVF on the NHS so fingers crossed there's still something we can do. I hope your friend get caught all soon, it's heartbreaking at times.

Don’t put pressure on yourself frankie_bugs I’ve got pcos and gone through several ivf treatments, that always ended in miscarriages, it wasn’t till I stopped stressing and relaxed that we got our little angel who is almost two!! Your going the right way about it, losing weight will help dramatically also I found what helped my periods was when a gyno doc put me on meterformin which is for diabetics but it’s helps people with pcos, by controlling insulin levels!

Thanks Tina. I've been on metformin off and on for years but I stopped taking it when himself and I decided to get serious about having a baby. Since I've lost weight my periods have come back (I was having maybe one every year and a half before!) and now I'm just waiting for the bloods to come back to see if I'm ovulating or not 😀😀

I was the same, I was lucky if I had a period in a year and when I did have a period I would bleed for Months! Fingers crossed for the results! X
