So my Dr's appointments are both this afternoon. Somehow I managed to sleep for at least 4 hours straight which is AMAZING! Got the chili in the crockpot and Dave finally left for work, so a little bit of alone time before I head out.
259.5 lb Lost so far: 37.5 lb.    Still to go: 94.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
