I never lose three pounds in one week. I had to weigh twice to make sure. Yippee! Hopefully it doesn't rear its ugly head again and come back next week lol.
251.8 lb Lost so far: 55.2 lb.    Still to go: 52.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
