This puts me at over 6 stone down! Finally figured out how to change my scale from stone and pounds to just pound lol. Nice not to have depend on my (questionable) maths abilities to work out the number to add here. Been good all week (just in time to cheat with a chicken burger and chips later today) and lost some water I was holding after Aunt Flo came to visit.
