Great day yesterday! Used my instant pot to create some great bean soups to have for lunches at work. Should have gone to the gym. Need to make this a priority at least 3 times per week. Have had no problem eating vegan. No cravings for junk food. But I have begun to feel hungry, my stomach will growl, lol. Haven't felt that in a long time!
148.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
